Wrong again . All the secured creditors did not sign off on it . And the ones that did were happy to get something instead of nothing. And as you can plainly see in the vesting order signed by the judge 4.3 million was it . No documents anywhere showing anything different. And as shown in the documents the biggest secured creditor didnt even bother to show . They knew it was hopeless. And the fact that the unsecured creditors had no say in the bids proves there is no more to it .

41. The Monitor understands that, other than the Government of Ontario for which the Monitor did
not have any clear feedback, the Company’s secured creditors are supportive and/or do not object
to the extension of the Stay Period in order to pursue the selection and approval of a
transaction(s) arising from the liquidation process.
