I suspect Maim will run it. Maxim owns more shares than all LFAP insiders combined.
Maxim will be putting two of their own on the BOD
Maxim's shares are restricted and affiliate shares. they cannot sell any for 6 mos to a year and then its like 1% every three months- they are not "dumping " their shares. lol
I expect all the details will all be coming I next filings and announcements.
