Feburary 21st is the mandatory wait date for any of this to happen. This does not mean it will happen at that time. That is just the soonest possible a company can execute either of those steps. This still needs to be reviewed by the SEC to ensure that all important facts are disclosed. 4lesscorp is a brand new private company with huge growth year after year.
