I just want the 10-Q to be on time so we can all feel good that these guys are the professionals we all believe them to be. A bonus would be is if the 10-Q gave us an update on the progress of the R/M negotiations.

The game changer will absolutely be an 8-K, but if the 10-Q provides us even a nugget of information we will rocket up. I know I have posted before about the difference b/w the normal OTC pump and dumps and low-floaters, but I can’t overstate what that difference means when impactful news is delivered. I personally own just over 5% of the tradable float. Folks, when we get our news...... there simply won’t be any shares available.

Peeps that are triggered by the release of filings are gonna have to ask slap to enter and even then they cannot acquire a sizable position w/out moving the PPS up SIGNIFICANTLY. Most on here are used to billions of shares of shares being available and there is a run up on hype, but inevitably it checks back because there are so many shareholders/flippers that are looking for a quick buck. On a low floater there are very peeps that hold large positions that can dump and stall the big runs. Does this make sense? Think about how few posters are here and more importantly...... think about how many shares u own as it relates to the tradable float. My guess is...I hold more shares than any poster on this board. I am not pointing this out to brag.....rather to give everyone on this board a security blanket knowing that over the 5% of the float is locked by a true long.

Think about that for a minute..... where the f are the shares gonna come from when the curtain gets pulled back on the R/M? This is the scenario I’m talking about in my previous post where I reference “new posters”. They are going to want to acquire a position here, but as any investor worth his salt would do they are going to try to enter at the lowest PPS possible. There is the motivation for the “new posts”. Just approach ur investment w/ eyes wide open.

I have said it before, but I sincerely believe u guys are in the for the ride of your lives.

My advice is simple..... acquire as many shares as u can comfortably afford before the R/M news is released. Some may think that I am saying this for my own benefit and I certainly get that, but as I have said before..... I am not selling before I know what company is merging in. Again, obviously everyone on this board has to take that statement for FWIW. If u think I am trying to flip my shares for chump change at 4, 5, or 6 cents than u should be skeptical.

I will tell everyone on this board that I have an Executive job that doesn’t allow me to watch this MF’er all day everyday and I am not invested here for a chump change flip. Check my post history if u are skeptical. I actually take the fact that I have 158 followers VERY seriously. I don’t want one person to lose their hard earned money because I was wrong on a call. That being said, I have been wrong as every OTC investor has, but what I will hang my hat on is.....I have NEVER posted false statements to hoodwink investors.

Lastly, when I go All-In.....I don’t lose. The fundamentals here are undeniable. If ur basic OTC investment strategy is to follow the money, you will give urself the best chance to make money

Sorry for the long post, but I am so passionate about this play. All my plays on the OTC are risk vs reward plays..... so....we have our Executive Team has invested nearly a half a million dollars to acquire this shell AND we have only 23 Milly tradable shares..... and u have IMHO....a no-brainer compared to other OTC plays.
