i just got back in, owned ipre prior to the leg up when it touched .0057 sold off some, bought back in a bit, then it started to fall, it was on a downward trend then and i kept averaging down. :( then it seemed to fluctuate between .0009 - .0018 so i traded it a bit within that range to make up for some losses.. then sold all but some, let that go through the R/S. waited until what i thought would be bottom, and just bought back in at .15 .. so.. i have been in ipei for a while :) blue skies ahead of us, imo
