This is a guess but could it be that shares are held pretty tightly ????

Even other than the insiders, I get the feeling that PRED is not a widely held stock ??????????

I was disappointed with the price action today but as some of you know, I sure have been through much worse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
