A year late on filings, and the CEO/founder just resigned, with no replacement or statement from the company, right when they should be hearing about big contract decisions.. doesn't sound positive to me. Past justifications on long positions have always involved confidence behind Terry as the experienced industry leader. Well who's steering the ship now that he's gone?
