**Just had a great call with GR regarding VYST.**

Spoke with GR for ~30 minutes, during which he confirmed much of what has been posted here by others who have spoken with him.

Vystar use cases and products
- This one stuck out to me. Eco-friendly tires, softer ride, less friction. Bio-degradable. Trials currently ongoing with a manufacturer.
- New bedding lines all latex
- Sofa cushions, chairs, dog beds
- Gloves successfully made
- Injection molding
- 3D printed fabrics
- He also spoke about Rx Air, water treatment, Hughes Reactor.

Regarding a R/S -- this will only be done if absolutely necessary and only for Nasdaq. If a R/S is needed, it most likely won't happen for a very long time.

Regarding acquisition -- audit is still ongoing.

Based on my conversation, it seems to me that GR really believes in Vystar's products. It seems the issue with VYST's previous model is that it was only a commodities company (should no longer be an issue post acquisition as Rotman's has the end product). Since Steve took over the reigns as CEO, the debt has been wiped from the books, in preparation of the upcoming acquisition of a real and successful family-owned company, Rotmans Furniture (which by the way will be open for the holiday weekend and will most likely do ~2.5mil in sales).

Very reassuring and exciting conversation. Again, as investors, please give GR a call if you have time and any doubts.

Excited for what's in store.
