Glad to hear. Interest and/or volume has been non-existant until recently.

Hard to guess whats going on here. Quietly doing well or secretly going under?

I like:
-Share structure
-Large spread (no one seems to want to sell cheap or at bid)
-Past PR's of multi million dollar contracts
-Focus on growing smart city industry

I don't like:

-OTC Markets STOP sign
-Non-compliance releasing financials.
-Listed as dark or defunct
-Lack of updates regarding past PR's
-Lack of new PR'd projects
-Complete silence from management

I've posted before and I'll post again. This will either be the best investment I've patiently waited for or a complete loss and worst investment decision I've made. Time will tell.
