Per the original press release, WRLS will undergo a ticker name change to TPXC. Pensare intends to change its name to TPX Corporation.

I got in at $10.19 the day they announced the news. As for outstanding shares changing, yes I assume that will increase based on however many shares were issued to the seller of TPx Communications.
