It was a lottery ticket before we came to Casper's court and won the MSJ with 6 claims (which means we are 100% going to court), BUT- the payout of the lottery ticket and odds of winning just became much higher as the CAFC overruled the PTAB with guidance..... (This was when I doubled my position)

The lottery ticket is now:

1. PTAB following the CAFC's direction which will then give us over 50 claims going to court. I'm a layman, but it's just common sense with too many facts given that it won't go back to the CAFC.

2. Us (having a market cap of approx $15 million) going to court with the best law-firm in the country representing us working on contingency with over a billion dollars at stake (this is the worst case-scenario if there isn't a settlement- but it looks like they're more than going through the motions for just discussing one). Also, as a side bet, ATVI just proved how shady they are with a top dog getting fired WITH cause.

The only bad about the lottery is the time of the payout (sorry for beating a dead horse on this one). Winning a PTAB decision might not make the stock rise that much. It might take as long as beating ATVI in court, which who knows if they can find a way to appeal etc...)

Basically, imo as a gut feeling as a layman, the lottery ticket will pay out 30x (when institutional investors get involved) in early 2020 with the odds being at 95%.
