Again, each of us is choosing to focus on different facts and we are forming opinions. The proof will be whether or not the stock price takes off or tanks.

Here are the FACTS that I consider salient:

It is a FACT that in the face of merciless derision VPLM swept the IPR challenge and won all of its claims at PTAB against some of the largest companies on earth. My IP attorney who has argued at PTAB put the odds of this at over 1 billion to 1, stating "no one wins EVERYTHING at PTAB"

It is a FACT that VPLM has been granted a suite of patents, not just in the US but in Europe and, I believe, India as well.

The European patents are of particular interest in that they are much more difficult to defend and obtain initially, but much more legally enforced once granted. My understanding is that the gloves come off on that on March 1st of this year.

It is a FACT that an Apple expert was caught lying in court and had to change his sworn testimony regarding some key dates regarding patent standing. Why on earth would he put their "open and shut" case at risk by lying about this?

It is a FACT that PTAB was so glaringly exposed as corrupt by the handling of this case that the whole panel of judges was replaced and the head of PTAB forced to resign. Seems like odd behavior if this is a slam dunk "bug squish" of VPLM.

It is a FACT that (irrespective of what you say about the market's opinion of this stock) as the ownership has been diluted, the value of the company has increased in a proportion greater than the percentage of increase in shares. Generally this is looked upon as a prudent use of equity, especially when your competitors are trying to choke off your ability to make money by stealing your salable property.

For these reasons and a few others, I find this to be a contest worthy of a bet on my part, and although the timing estimates are maddeningly slow, each inflection point since I have been involved (about 3 years now) has bent its way upward, as was predicted by the experts with whom I have consulted.

Those are my reasons; The quality of my analysis and my faith in the FACTS I choose to consider will or won't be rewarded as time unfolds.

Hopefully, the market will prove you wrong, but please understand that I completely comprehend why you disagree.
