If I remember correctly DG, all of ECOLOCAP's profit share from the sale of the first 8 machines was to stay in the JV as ECOS's capital contribution to the forming of the JV??? ECOS only put up $100 in cash.

No cash to ECOS for quite sometime IMO?

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
