Or its a RM. Companies get rolled into active shells all the time. If I wanted to take a company public I would roll into a shell with a low float and a good number of investors already in place as to the time and money to do it the hard way. I feel GREAT about CPWY.

CAN SOMEBODY/ANYBODY SHOW ME THE PUMP? Frontloading? LOL I like to spend $150k frontloading so I can sell and short back down to zero. That way I can breakeven.
