Here is the rundown of the conference call

They have the team and direction and they want to be profitable and create shareholder value. They will be making monthly statements

At this point no plans for reverse split
They want to build shareholder value and want to be transparent. Working on sec fully compliant. Form 10 in next 30 days

Plans
1. Sell containers for indoor marijuana growth
2. Farming of hemp in ny, nj and abroad
3. Create processing plants in us and abroad

They are working on many patents
Frequent updates via pr and conference calls to update shareholders
