I forgot to say I enjoyed reading your bio. I am 40 as well and have some fairly good success too but sounds like I started at it a little later than you did. Congrats on your achievements. I enjoy reading about other peoples success it makes me jealous(in a good way I think). I will use your success as another motivating factor. My base is working for the govt(faa) and it propelled me into extra careers within real estate(buying, renting, flipping, managing) and has been a blessing ever since.
