There is no reverse merger. It’s a pump & dump. The number listed for ETEK on this page is ETEK Lubricant selling eco-friendly motor oil. A lady said she bought the shell four years ago. Call the number yourself. I called MM Group at 1-866-833-3432, they said they’re aware that someone had posted a screenshot of one of their merger sells, because so many people have called them about it in the past few days. They said that screensot is not ETEK, but another company. They “Never had any relations with an ETEK shell”. “we never controlled it, owned it or sold it. We had nothing to do with it.”

I did some DD and realized some guy on Twitter had put two and two together and said the OS of that screenshot exactly matches ETEK, so MM Group must’ve sold ETEK shell and everybody believed it. That’s just a coincidence. Nowhere on that screenshot MM Group mentions ETEK. It says lot #E000144, and MM Griup confirmed that wasn’ETEK. They never were affiliated with Eco-Tek. But rumors persist and pumpers here and on Twitter went wild. What they do they send out tweets, average Joes like you & I slap the ask, then they dump on the bid and leave, on to the next one.

Guys, half the time you can’t even get out of these junks because there is such a wide spread between the bid & the ask, why don’t you do some basic DD before losing your money to these professional scammers? Don’t take my word or anybody’s word. Call the company yourself, do some research before you throw your hard earned money into these junks. There are SO many good plays out there with legitimate news from the company like SH$P, INN$D, etc. I’m not a shorter. I don’t know who the heck can short a sub-penny stock. Be do some basic DD before you risk your hard earned money. I’m out.
