the problem with this argument is that sears holdings, the company which issued and still controls the shld(q) stock has NOT reorganized.

if they are able to somehow reorganize, that will come out when they file the por.

selling substantially all of their assets to transform holdco is NOT a reorganization. it is a 363 sale.
