Why did these guys not bail a long time ago and convert as much as they could and sell? I do not see the .03 limit on their conversions but could be wrong. I am guessing they have a good chunk to lose here. Plus, these are INSTITUTIONAL AND ACCREDITED INVESTORS. So, they obviously know what they are doing. The one silver lining here, is in the end, there has not been a mass exodous from any of the insiders. And some of them, unlike Read, can not just snap their fingers and award new shares. And some of them have some pretty big stakes also in current common stock holdings. So, in the end, I really do not know what to think here. But my hope is still that this will all work out in the long run to benefit the current shareholders with some bumps along the way. One can only hope. However, have to admit, still looks almost impossible to predict what will happen one way or another.
