TOTALLY TRUE!

$SHLDQ NOL's are tied to commons. All of it! Do the math on what a FMV would be for $5B+ minus the debt... $12.75. To Lampert & collegues it would only cost them 25% - 30% to preserve the transfer. Or $5B goes in the trash. That never happens of NOL's of this magnitude... Never!
