Thanks. I googled the new firm Manning Elliott LLP; seems like a solid group. They have a website with all of the industries they work with. It's not clear exactly where blockchain fits? Under traditional mining? Finances? Computer/electronic?

Blockchain, as a thing, is a new creature and will require hoards of attorneys and probably decades of lawsuits as they work out the new rules. I saw an article a week or so ago titled something like: if something goes wrong in the blockchain who can you sue? It's an important question because in the business world there needs to be both accountability and liability. If a food producer allows a batch of poisonous product to be released, it's not just "oops." Somebody has to go to jail as an incentive to keep future packagers vigilant in their duties. In that sense, lawsuits are necessary. But in Blockchain, the rules are not so clear.

So, it will be interesting to watch it all. Last year, I began to learn what I could and bought some HVBTF and DMGGF. Now I'm also watching HUTMF and SQRMF. Probably bought in way too early.

It will be interesting to watch as this new creature is developed right before our eyes.
