As the PR today states, Aureus is acquiring 100% of YIC - Online. Included in the purchase is our 33% stake in the Yuengling's Ice Cream Corporation which we accumulated through a series of investments. As the previous PR stated, Aureus had entered into a separate, binding LOI with Yuengling's Ice Cream Corporation. The combination of the two stakes would give Aureus a 66% interest in Yuengling's Ice Cream.

Shares issued YIC - Online and or Yuengling's Ice Cream via the respective agreements will be, obviously, restricted shares.

The closest public comp seems to be Night Foods, symbol: NGTF. Night trades with a market cap @ $24,000,000 and, on a trailing 12 month basis, they generated just under $200,000 in revenue. The EPS loss for the trailing 12 months was @ $5,200,000, according to the posted audit.
