First off, NSPX is a SEC filer. Secondly, they are delinquent on their financial filings. Thirdly, FINRA will not approve a R/S for a SEC filer until they are current on their filings. Lastly, the R/S won't happen until the PPS is much higher & it will be to uplist to the NYSE or NASDAQ exchange. If the PPS grows organically to those requirement levels then a R/S will be minimum to make some wiggle room in the A/S to issue shares if needed to raise additional capital. They could also not do the R/S & just raise the A/S.
