20% improvement ( using Von ) at end of first yr would be note worthy ... ( I interpret that as being clinically meaningful )
Time to abandonment seems to be her critical concern ...acknowledges that fistulas are often revascularised ? ( my term ) until they completely fail
The vascular surgeon she works with is apparently the local expert on fistula creation and is creating the fistulas in this trial....... ( my understanding anyway )

Full disclosure tho ...altho she apparently has some of her patients in this trial ,,...she is completely blinded to it and has no idea whether it will succeed or fail ...and doesn't want to offer an opinion on such.

Its the ultimate binary event tho ...right. If trial fails then Co fails ...correct ?
