Thought I remembered reading 90 somewhere. But if you look at all the other requirements you will see that Tony is setting it up to uplist. Establishing a board of directors with at least 2 independent (at least 1 now and I'm guessing he's working on a second), reducing outstanding shares so that we fall in the 10% float, verified profile, it all adds up to me. I'd say we're not all the way there yet but I for one expect us to be soon!
