You're right to be dejected. How convenient that, after years of allegedly pursuing financing, a short time after it managed to gin up a couple of bucks to hoist some spray equipment on the top of a smokestack and apparently make a hanky wave in a breeze for a bit, all of a sudden it had a letter of interest for financing. Orchestrated nonsense, smoke and mirrors -- that's all it was.
