SNS, I would agree with your observations. Since the last Phase III many things have changed in the clinical setting including advancements by big pharma in products and procedures that are in direct competition with Chemosat.

Another thing that misleads people is the CE mark in the EEA. The CE marking Chemosat recieved in 2012 is not a safety mark for consumers and does not actually signify approval in the EEA. The CE mark just signifies that the Chemosat product conforms with the European Community directives that apply to it.

I agree that Delcath is masking something and until there is clarity in regards to clinical trials, marketing deals, approvals, revenue, warrants, etc... caution and skepticism are warranted.
