You speaketh facts and then give your opinion. Your opinion is based on your chosen set of facts applied to your chosen set of assumptions, any number of which could be incorrect or suffer from over simplification or incomplete information. In this case I think facts and truth get a bit confused. I think of facts as building blocks to the truth which in this case seems like it should be defined as a specific outcome.

Some of us choose to focus on some different facts (which could suffer from the same types of mistakes) that we believe will lead to a much different outcome than you are predicting. All this will be settled with the passage of time, and I am happy to wait.

Pure truth (at least in any meaningful scenario to me) will be played out when there is an actual liquidity event or the company is dissolved, until then "truth" is a momentary blip on the continuum of a several year long journey.
