I think most of the people here, who know and believe in 12Retech, know what the real scam is here, and if the three, original Acquisitions - still on the table - had closed on time last year, we wouldn't have to listen to this kind of nonsense!
Unfortunately, things happen in life that we have no control over!
The good news is; Once these two Acquisitions close, it will mark the beginning of a healthy & rapid recovery for 12Retech and it's shareholders!
Word is; The Acquisitions will close and be announced this month, on or before February 28th!
