Yesterday's session was a very predictable pullback and most veteran traders knew it was coming.

Since Friday's great run to yesterday is known in the pink arcade as the 3-day rule before a pullback or breather.

I have written an article back in 2000 depicting this analysis and the chart folks know this is usually a given.

Now with that said, today's session appears a solid healthy churning and the next announcement from the company will further this direction. This next announcement will be a catalyst or primer.

Today will give you an opportunity to average in and believe the opening low was an excellent grab fest.

We will churn here, but the direction from the company will come shortly.

When Mr. Bhatnagar used the term "Dominos" was a deliberate use of the word to it's true meaning of the definition.

There was a extended period known as the 'Quiet Period'. During this period is usually a forum or indication that the company is working on aspects of the company that usually is indicative of major events. It is now at this point that the release of forward announcements will take place.

When the company announced that they retired the notes and as most traders know, NOTES are killers for price momentum.

This was a deliberate attempt to shareholders that we have your interest, but my synopsis was the in the Quiet Period on merger talks.

Interested parties to be privy to this was that simply they were concerned on the Notes to be out of the deal. Why I believe they retired the notes to satisfy the possible marriage.

So now we are here and we as shareholders, need to be vigilant in understanding why you have taken a position.

With the retirement of the Notes, the stabilization of the share price in the daily trading, the fear of dilution has been addressed and that alone should give you comfort in your investment.

The forward momentum is now in the company's domain and from what I appear to be a very positive outcome your ROI.
