Odd! Hey Investor did you see that btc*s just filed paperwork regarding a RS? I believe Read was an executive there for better part of 2018. I know that btc*s has a monstrosity of outstanding shares and float compared to Tfvr but as you know from following btc*s that that place just keeps dumping millions of shares for payroll... Looks like the executives are trying to maintain their lifestyles over there. The paperwork is nearly identical to Tfvr’s (boilerplate) regarding reasons but it highlights how these executives are just flat out bad and THAT Read being at BOTH PLACES shows his ineptitude OR that he went to the btc*s school of maximizing your personal wealth on the back of investors via dilution and RS. Wash, Rinse and Repeat. I’m convinced both shops have zero desire to fundamentally BUILD anything of substance. I was lucky and dodged the btc*s bullet but stepped on the Tfvr I*ED here.
