Yeah but if it did happen for the purposes of going to the Nasdaq and not diluting, they dont mind. You ever see what happens to stocks on the Nasdaq post RS? A lot of the times they run hard because traders love the small floats. Nasdaq is less sensitive to PPS increases post RS. They dont play the same share selling criminal dilution games that happen in the OTC.
