Wouldn’t it be more probable that a group of people purchased enough shares to create volume while pushing the pps which in turn makes other groups scanners trigger. Where the first group continues to swap shares pushing the pps while enticing other groups to jump on the bus. I like being a conspiracy theorist also. This really makes sense though.
