Top Stock Picks, would you agree with me that there MUST be something FAR MORE POSITIVE than the already known by many the Judge approving the sale on Friday, 2/8/2019.

Another reason this must be is even though they have four business days from the date of Material Event which was 2/8/2019 to file an 8K, most businesses would file the 8K immediately. I believe there are reasons that are very positive as to why they are waiting to the very last (4th) business day since 2/8/2019
