When I clicked that link, it took me to "server error"
I doubt he was referring specifically to "shareholders" (especially day traders)
He was in bankruptcy court - Asking for forgiveness of debt.
Besides shareholders, there are many, many others with a "stake" in Sears (current lifelong employees, retirees, as well as all debtors and creditors...
But it certainly would include shareholders....
