you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out...

read the recent 13d/a, add up all the shares that each hold. I think you will find the answer there.

In fact, go back in my post where I did the math already. It will show how many shares were issued and therefore are outstanding.

The O/S is exactly that... It tells you the amount of shares that are issued and outstanding. There is no fuzzy math.
