I like to look at it from the standpoint of an educated investor who reads the financials and related filings which showed me this stock is garbage, at best. You see, if one were to read those filings they would easily see the company is in massive debt of $7,000,000, only generates, $78,000 in revenue, and pays it's CEO $300,000 who has been MIA for bout 8-12 months leaving his investors high and dry while the PPS has plummeted from the .08 range to sub-penny.
Those same filings also show a debt to a toxic lender which can convert at that lenders whim of $1,200,000 at a 75% conversion adding upwards of 300,000,000 shares to the pile...

Just not a wise investment based on past performance, CEO incompetence, and lack of transparency... Company more likely to file bankruptcy than ever see much volume over a penny, IMO
