It has already been adhered to. They approved the vesting order. For 4.3 million in chump change . And the deal CLOSED on October 22nd. Did not see any fantasy deal in that ORDER . And there are no motions in either court for anything beyond that . SOOOOO ? So it appears the monitor is right and Eno was right. Shareholders are screwed . Just like they said 10 months ago .
