I was just pointing out what they said..that the deal would be in the interests of all stakeholders and no hardship would be exhibited...That indeed was a very forward indication that stakeholders are safe...no “ ifs “ ..” buts “ or “ maybe “..These are legal statements..they were trying to tell you something...
