IMO Eddie was/is always just a front man for the real owners of this ticker --the professional slimeballs that lurk in the shadows. He did fairly well with his first scams (ARTI.OB aka ARTS) before the SEC revoked it. And he had another brief run with sister scam P*RPM so his owners rewarded him with other tickers to run in exchange for a piece of the action. Since then he's failed to be much of a producer for his bosses. The best one could hope for is that the owners find someone stupid and desperate enough to try and go public via a reverse merger with this ticker. Problem is it's so toxic it would never happen IMO. Eddie is has always been a broke-ass little grifter.
