I'm a little confused about something, can someone with knowledge about this tell me what you think and why? On OTC markets, the O/S shows 4.83 billion, but the date next to the O/S is 03/2014. They are pink current so why isn't this date more recent? What is the most recent update from management regarding the current O/S? The market cap is 54 million at current price based on that O/S, is it likely to be higher or lower than 4.8b? Thanks for any solid info you can provide!
