IMHO!

The lever pullers/controllers/manipulators behind the scenes are doing everything they may to strategize a plan to "scalp" everything they may from the movement of BCIT when they do open the doors for trading...it is taking time because of the special nature of this position and the way that is what "righted" and not abandoned. All of their rules were played by to get this to this point...they have to allow trading...they have to plan the scalp so that it does not appear like a scalp...as usual.

BCIT is about to be a solid position and a solid company with a solid owner...they do not like that.
