Great post MSEED, I especially like your paragraph that states:

Significant is if the first shipment equates to several million in revenue, and basically 50-100% presold; possible annual revenue potential is huge COMPARATIVE to float size. Again, former mgmt. of WWCD did not take time and $ outlay to merge with GBDX to bs dilute or not make substantial gains short-term. That is the bottom-line with this particular play.

Even if the order is less than expected we can look forward to the next one being a little larger and the one after that and so forth. I am sure that the company is testing market demand and adjusting each order accordingly. Knowing the initial order is already sold we can assume the next one will be larger to see if that moves as well as the first. If it does then the following order will be larger. When you are in the wholesale business and if market demand is present for your products then each successful order grows exponentially until saturation is achieved and then the orders are weaned down a little until a balance is found which then establishes the monthly fulfillments.

Just more food for thought……
