How much will VSPC be buying Elite Therapeutics for? Seems rather strange they left that part out.

Also...will this be the same deal Chang got when VSPC "purchased" Inter-Pacific Arts? VSPC "bought" Inter-Pacific Arts for 300,000,000 shares. Only to have Chang take the company back a few years later, but keep all the shares of stock?

Lots of similarities. What a joke. Sheeple are gonna get fleeced!
