With 350,631 shares of common stock outstanding and a share price of 0.0001$ means that the company is worth 35$. This is much too high. Why should this company be worth 35$? The CEO is a clown. Why paying a clown 35$? 5$ should be enough. This means anothe R/S coming soon.
