Good morning. I have not been posting much lately. But...I am
still here, (since last April), sitting on 700K plus.,
Here are some thoughts. Since I have been invested here, there has been
zero negative press on this company. However the company continues to languish here in the low, low pennies. To me that suggests that there is some entity or entities who do not want the technologies presented by CELZ to succeed. Who might benefit from the procedures (Caverstem in
particular) not being embraced by the limp**** purchasing public? In my considered and not even remotely professional opinion, I have to look to big pharma. They are the only entities with horses in the race with any-thing to lose....and they have a lot to lose. Hopefully they will begin to lose sooner than later.
There is another odd thing that I would like to address. It comes up regularly from some repetitive quarters. CELZ headquarters is in an industrial area instead of a flashy office park. Rundown looking with a broken window. Why? $$$$$...thats why. Could CELZ have diluted the stock by enough to build a kickass office in some upscale area of Phoenix....sure they could have, but they didn't. Why not? Why not....because they had access to cheap office/laborotory space, so they took it. CELZ is not selling their technology from a storefront. I am sure that they have the wherewithall to rent a nice hotel suite when the situation demands. Peroria St. gives CELZ a work space and a brick and mortar address. No Mailboxes Etc. for these guys. These men are pros, they shun the fluff. In my opinion, CELZ would be much more suspect if they were operating out of a high dollar space. The beatup Peoria St. location gives me much more confidence in the decision making prowess of the principles in this company. These people are consummate professionals. This is not a hobby for them.
That about covers it for now from me. I am here for the duration.
Above all else, remember this. No bad press about this company...we WILL get there.
