If PQEFF actually sold oil they would not have to keep using shares to pay debt and enrich themselves.
Can any one explain what they mean in todays press release 3 arms length service provider? Are the service providers themselves the insiders of this scam. Are those services called scam.
CEO and Alex are good at double talk about this company's BS story. Service arms entangled to fill their own pockets. They never tells us exactly when the oil will be flowing into profits.
