Yes they will.

Symantec I do not believe the $45M additional is automatic only if Symantec buys a company which triggers an additional payment.

How long to get the additional $200-$400M and at what cost yearly? Litigation is not cheap nor the CEO's salary.

Their model of 1 time payments versus recurring royalties is not sustainable. At this point they have no profitable recurring revenue business model like a normal business.

I made very nice money on this stock last year but I see no reason to try it again.

Please give me a good argument for being wrong in my reasoning.
