Already stated he has no plans of preforming a rs. Could this come down the line? Depends on the success of the business. Are the changes being made now advantageous and promote future growth? Absolutely. Do we know all the pieces to the new puzzle and make an accurate decision on weather a rs will be nesasary? Not at all.

Based on Jeffs credentials I don't think he would hitch his wagon to company looking to scam investors and preform 1:1000 rs. Your going off the deep end and want to take everyone with you. How much have you lost here? There have been many opportunities to make huge gains as well as loose big.

With all the changes being made I'm willing to look past the debt which believe it or not every company has and wait to see what
