It's all done by computer. There are NOT currently 26,761,654 shares short. Those all got covered in seconds. The APS gang of misleading, lying thieves that got put out of business. Them, and groups like them, front load garbage like CPWY then promote it and dump their shares on ill informed investors (marks/victims).
